Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and the developer of Turbo Tap Masters (the “App”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the App. By downloading, accessing, or playing the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
2. Your account
Some features require an account created through Sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information (including a nickname that complies with Section 6) and keep it up to date.
3. Licence
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App for your own private, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store from which you obtained the App. We retain all rights not expressly granted.
4. Virtual items, currencies, and purchases
- The App offers virtual items and virtual currencies, including coins and crystals, gear, gems, and consumables (“Virtual Items”).
- Virtual Items have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real money, and cannot be transferred or sold outside the App.
- In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown before purchase and may vary by region and over time.
- You acquire only a limited licence to use Virtual Items within the App. We may modify, manage, or remove Virtual Items, and we may change game balance, prices, drop rates, and availability at any time.
- Randomized items: some rewards (such as gear, gem, and avatar drops or mystery chests) are awarded by chance. For any randomized reward that can be obtained with purchasable currency, the odds of receiving each type of item are disclosed in the App before you commit the purchase.
- Except where required by law or by the applicable app store’s policies, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.
5. Referral program and promo codes
- Referral codes. The App may offer a referral program in which you can share a personal referral code. When a new player redeems your code and reaches the qualifying milestone shown in the App, both accounts receive the reward described in the App. Rewards, milestones, and the maximum number of qualifying referrals per account are shown in-app and may change at any time.
- Promo codes. We may issue promotional codes granting Virtual Items or other benefits. Promo codes may be limited in number, restricted to one redemption per account, and subject to an expiry date; they have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or combined unless stated otherwise.
- Fair use. Referral and promo rewards may not be obtained through self-referrals, multiple or fake accounts, automation, or any other abuse. We may withhold, revoke, or reverse rewards obtained in violation of these Terms, and may suspend, modify, or terminate the referral program or any promo campaign at any time without notice.
6. Acceptable use and user content
When you choose a nickname or otherwise interact in multiplayer features, you agree that you will not:
- use a name or content that is offensive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, impersonating, or otherwise objectionable;
- cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, automation, or modified clients, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its servers;
- violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. We filter nicknames and may remove content, reset names, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion and without notice. We may also invalidate scores, duel results, or leaderboard entries that we determine were obtained through cheating or abuse. To report an offensive nickname or behavior, contact support@turbotapmasters.com and we will act within 24 hours where appropriate.
7. Advertising
The App is supported by advertising, including optional reward videos. Ads are provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.
8. Service availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature (including online services, multiplayer, and leaderboards) at any time. We are not liable for any unavailability of the App or loss of progress resulting from such changes or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and may delete your account in Menu → Settings → Delete account or via turbotapmasters.com/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your licence ends and your Virtual Items and progress may be lost.
10. Intellectual property
The App and all related content — including code, graphics, characters, audio, and trademarks — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.
11. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, or Virtual Items, arising from your use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
13. Apple App Store terms
If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. The usage rules of Apple’s Media Services Terms also apply.
14. Google Play terms
If you obtained the App from Google Play, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us, not Google, and that Google is not responsible for the App or its content. Your use of the App must also comply with the Google Play Terms of Service.
15. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version, and continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
