Turbo Tap Masters › Wiki › Builds › Crit Mage

CRIT twice over: Spark for the chance and Chain Lightning for extra ATK on every critical hit. It hits hard every round instead of once.
Skill order
Put your points in this order: one rank in each skill first, to open the tree, then fill them from the top.
- Spark: +CRIT chance in duels
- Chain Lightning: +ATK on your critical hits
- Sorcery: Your casts' number goes up
- Meteor: Cast: enemy DEF down for 3 rounds
- Armageddon: Cast: +ATK on this hit, ignores DEF
Ranks by level
| Skill | Level 20 | Level 40 | Level 60 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Spark | 5 | 9 | 10 |
| Chain Lightning | 3 | 9 | 10 |
| Sorcery | 1 | 9 | 10 |
| Meteor | 1 | 3 | 10 |
| Armageddon | 1 | 1 | 10 |
At level 60 every Mage skill is maxed, so this build and Nuke Mage are the same fighter. What differs is the order you get there.
Stat points
The split below is the one the game's own Mage opponents use. Mages scale their ATK with INT; what each stat does is on the duels page.
| Stat | Level 20 | Level 40 | Level 60 |
|---|---|---|---|
| STR | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| VIT | 30 | 45 | 56 |
| INT | 29 | 43 | 55 |
| AGI | 19 | 30 | 37 |
| LUK | 7 | 11 | 14 |
Gear
Duels use the gear you wear in the campaign. 18 items carry an extra duel bonus for a Mage; they are listed on the Mage page. For everything else, the boss fight set is the place to start: the most ATK and the most DEF you can wear.
Where these builds come from
These are the skill orders the game's own duel testing is run on, two for every class. Ranks follow the game's rules for skill points, and the stat split is the one the game's opponents of each class use.
The other Mage build: Nuke Mage. All builds are on the builds page.
