Classes: which Tap Master are you?
Turbo Tap Masters is a mobile RPG with classes that genuinely change how you play. You pick one after level 10, and you can respec later, so treat this page as a menu rather than a contract.
How classes work
Each profession has its own skill tree with passive upgrades and active spells, and you slot two spells at a time. Skill points arrive as you level up. Some gear is bonded to a class and gives a small extra bonus when the right hero wears it, which is how a Paladin and a Rogue end up wanting completely different loot from the same boss.
Warrior: hits like a truck
Plays like: raw damage and sustain. Warriors stack attack, execute weakened enemies and heal from the damage they deal.
Campaign: the smoothest ride through the early biomes. More attack means shorter rounds, and lifesteal forgives mistakes.
Duels: tends to do well against Rogues, who cannot burst through a Warrior fast enough. Pick it if you want a first class that simply works.
Rogue: crits and coins
Plays like: critical hits, poison and dodging. Rogues also earn extra gold, so the shop opens up sooner.
Campaign: a little fragile, very rich. Big crits melt bosses when they land.
Duels: tends to trouble Paladins: poison and crits get around heavy armour. Pick it if you like risk and numbers that turn orange.
Paladin: the wall that hits back
Plays like: heavy defence, a protective aura and thorns that return damage to the attacker.
Campaign: slow and safe. Paladins survive rounds other classes have to replay.
Duels: tends to wear Priests down over a long fight. Pick it if you hate losing more than you love winning fast.
Priest: refuses to lose
Plays like: survival. Priests restore shields mid-fight and can get back up after a knockout.
Campaign: the most forgiving class on boss rounds, where one mistake usually costs a life.
Duels: tends to outlast Mages, who run out of burst before a Priest runs out of shields. Pick it if you enjoy winning fights people thought were over.
Mage: deletes the screen
Plays like: area bursts, chain lightning and spells that ignore armour. High crit, low patience.
Campaign: the fastest at clearing crowded rounds. Squishy, so bring a good hat.
Duels: armour-piercing casts are exactly what a Warrior does not want to see. Pick it if the best defence, in your opinion, is everything already being dead.
Which class should you pick first?
- First time playing a tap RPG: Warrior.
- You want gold and gear fast: Rogue.
- You mostly care about the duel ladder: Paladin or Priest.
- You want rounds to end quickly: Mage.
Still unsure? Start with the beginner guide, reach level 10 and see which monsters annoy you most. That usually answers it.
