How to get Ember Circlet

• Iceburn: a 5% chance per kill to drop one random item of 6 from the Rare set.
• Infernius: a 5% chance per kill to drop one random item of 6 from the Rare set.
• Forge: crafted from three Rare hats, see the recipe below.

It sells back for 10,500 coins.
