Where to find Cable Snake
A monster's HP is set by the level it appears on, not by the monster. Cable Snake spawns on 3 levels:

Cable Snake card
The Cable Snake card gives COINS +11% and fits a hat. It drops with a 2% chance per kill, and you only ever need one copy: a card is never lost, and moving it from one item to another in the forge is free. See all cards.
