How to get Storm Mantle

• Thunderlord: a 5% chance per kill to drop one random item of 6 from the Rare set.
• Skywarden: a 5% chance per kill to drop one random item of 6 from the Rare set.
• Forge: crafted from three Rare armor pieces, see the recipe below.
